2nd-life plastic forming

Found an R25 Schredder grinding machine in the university. In previous posts I have discussed the use of 2nd life material, exemplifying 3Devo as a solution process. Another process that might work well is vacuum forming for fast uncomplex parts. I am currently working on the battery box cover. I think it would be good to experiment with this mold to see if the results are usable. As well as self grinding material I have been informed that I can buy recycled HIP (High Impact Polymer) pre-ground material. Apparently, this might be more consistent, have less pollutants and yield superior results in the molding.
