After scouting around, looking for a decal supplier, I finally decided (as I often do) to make it myself. The cost of custom decals or stickers was getting out of hand so I got a new vinyl cutter.

Bought a Loklik crafter. Loklik are a new brand that have managed to cut the cost of vinyl cutting substantially. On the first cut it runs like a dream. The manufacturer’s adhesive vinyl seemed to be very much unavailable in black so I got a Cricut brand roll which was cheaper than I thought 5ft roll for £8.00.
It sounds more like a inkjet printer which is quiet apparently according to the reviews. only a couple of minutes to cut to vinyl. The test print I made of the graphics was okay. I think on the thinner more intricate parts it wasn’t perfect. But I have adjusted the settings to use a bit more pressure and lowered the speed so hopefully further cuts should be easier to weed and the shapes more defined.
Other than those points, all looking good. Will have to clean the dust off the bike to apply these to see how it all works out. Thinking of clear coating them so I will need to test this process first.
