Looking to strip the bike down to finish the frame (paint & clearcoat) I thought this would be the best time to make some final revisions.

The controller stand is okay but could be more secure if the stand was hard fixed not bolted onto the frame. So some brackets have been fabricated to weld onto the frame. I have printed a jig to ensure it is positioned correctly, should be a cinch.

While looking at the seat supports I noted that one side is threaded more than another. After measuring the geometry I realised that the central mount on top of the suspension is not centred to the frame because the suspension is off-centred. 3mm addition on the left side should be okay to entre both the supports.

Also if possible. If I can get some made I’d like some secondary mounting points in each side of the frame also. Short steel saddle washers aren’t easy to find so could be a challenge.
