Have fudged about with different sized washers for the day as well as defacing the queen’s head (1.5mm penny washers) to find out some dimensions that work. Might have CAD but nothing beats really fitting parts to see if they are good. Scribbled down some sketch dimensions (below) and bashed together an STL file. Might try a metal 3D printing service see how they work.
