Swingarm clamp v2

The swingarm clamp has been updated to reflect creative changes made in 3D CAD. Additionally the lug that fits inside the 2mm walled 25 x 60mm box tube is lengthened to make a more positive joint and some extra weld holed on the box tube have been added.
