Started to wonder how the air flows through front air intake. While watching the airflow in CFD at 40mph and 70mph (pictured) I noticed that the flow is sucked into the air intake over the wheel and around the wheel. Think the solid wheel help with this as there is no turbulence around the wheel. However I would like more air to flow into the intake so some fork covers with a venturi section will help the air move inwards towards the intake. Also some horizontal louvres across the intake that are angled down may help the air to move up and around the cells better as I really need to make the air move around all the cells for effective cooling. Need to do many more flow studies to test and increase air cooling on components.
