Surfaces are developing slowly in the time I have between teaching and living the parenting life. Have pushed the top and bottom covers closer together to make the over all form smoother rather than fragmented. Also refining the surfaces around the feet. Traditionally clearance is needed around the feet to allow foot pivoting from the ankle for gearing and in old fashioned bike pedal braking, but on eMoto the clearance it is mainly for air release and decoration with a nod to the look of a tradition clearance area around the feet. Starting to wonder if I need to break the bottom faring up some more other than down the centre for production. Biggest fear is the flex in the steel frame and that this will cause the mounting points to move and crack the panels. Dunno, need to think about safe mounting points.
