Have started to mount the rider display and night headlight to the forks to check the fit. The headlight was a doodle. However the digital display required custom adaption to retro fit them to the top triple tree. After trying a couple of brackets and ordering some new dampers and collars for mounting (PN: 584-83541-00 & 90387-06249) the new display fits where the old one was, but they still look a bit uneasy to me. from the riders view they seem fine. But from the front they look too ‘custom’. Currently considering front cowling to hide the gap between the headlight and the display, or get a new display that is round to match the hole that mounted the ignition.
