Back to the print… First split panel has been detailed with preliminary locator & fixing points. Yes, I need to get a load more completed. But, so chuffed to get the first one out of CAD and into the 3D printer. After looking at the model and the new part I think the only additional part will be an aluminium bracket that will attach to the top of the controller cover. Rest will fix through the box. Gotta couple of day printing on the 300mm plate of the Ender 3 Max. However this is an important part. Once this is preliminarily fitted I can get an accurate measurement of where the seat ends. I do have a CAD drawing, but I need to check it against this fitment prototype part to do a physical check before going for the seat cushioning build.
